Please note: As a digital service provider, once AI generation credits are used or services are accessed, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. We encourage you to try our free credits before making a purchase to ensure our service meets your needs.

Subscription Refunds

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a subscription refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
• You have not used more than 10% of your monthly credit allocation
• This is your first refund request for the aicoloring service

Non-Refundable Situations

Subscription fees are not refundable in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
• You have used more than 10% of your allocated credits
• The subscription has been renewed (refunds only apply to first-time purchases)
• You have previously received a refund for aicoloring services
• The account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or our payment provider's customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to your remaining credits until the period ends
• No further charges will be made
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund

Credit Package Refunds

One-Time Credit Purchases

Credit packages are generally non-refundable once purchased because:

• Credits are immediately added to your account upon purchase
• Credits represent a digital product that cannot be "returned"

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests for credit packages if:

• The credits were purchased by mistake (duplicate purchase)
• A technical error occurred during the purchase process
• The credits have not been used at all

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• Inability to use aicoloring services in the future
• Additional fees that may be passed on to you
